APPOINTMENT & DEPOSIT POLICY • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits may be transferred one time when a reschedule request is made at least 48 hours before the appointment. • Clients are allowed a maximum of two reschedules per appointment. • Clients who reschedule more than two times, repeatedly cancel appointments, or fail to show up for scheduled appointments may no longer be eligible to book future appointments with Brows by May. •Non refundable deposit for all appoitment cancellation. • Please book only when you are certain you can attend your appointment. • Remaining balances are due on the day of service. PERMANENT MAKEUP DISCLAIMER • Permanent makeup is a multi-session process and results vary from person to person. • A touch-up appointment is highly recommended within 4–10 weeks after the initial procedure to perfect the results. • Skin type, lifestyle, medications, medical conditions, previous permanent makeup, and aftercare compliance can all affect healed results and color retention. • Additional sessions may be required to achieve desired results and are not included unless otherwise stated. HEALING EXPECTATIONS I understand that: • My brows will appear darker immediately after the procedure. • Flaking, peeling, patchiness, and temporary color loss are normal parts of the healing process. • The color may fade significantly during the first few weeks before gradually returning. • Final healed results are typically visible within 4–8 weeks. • Every individual heals differently depends on skin type and results cannot be guaranteed to compare to fresh make up look or fresh done look. AFTERCARE AGREEMENT I agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by Brows by May. NO REFUND POLICY Due to the nature of permanent makeup services, all completed services are final. I understand that: • Results are subjective and may vary between individuals. • Healing outcomes cannot be guaranteed to compare to fresh done and fresh make up application • No refunds will be issued for completed services under any circumstances. • Additional touch-ups or corrections may incur additional fees. Brows by May reserves the right to refuse service to any client, including returning clients, when the requested service falls outside the artist’s professional judgment, expertise, or ability to achieve a result that meets the client’s expectations.
